    Hello, Fruity Mastery.

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

    I understand that you seem to have encountered a license activation issue that prevents you from using Office successfully. Please don't worry, I will do everything I can to help you.

    • Have you clicked Change Product Key in the image below to see if there is an Office 2019 product license that can be switched:

    Check the status of your subscription under your account:

     It is recommended that you sign in to access the Microsoft account :

    • In the Service & Subscription option:

    check if the subscription Office 2019 is displayed;

    you can share the screenshot displayed with me  so that I can help you more specifically

    If the subscription Office 2019 is displayed normally, you can use the OSPP command to remove residual Office activation information:

    1. Close all Office components and try the steps in the following link to clear all current computer authorization information. You can refer to: Use the OSPP command to remove residual Office activation information (It's recommended that you use translation software to translate the following threads)
    2. Then download and run the repair tool:https://aka.ms/diag_97275
    3. Open any Office component (e.g., Word) and check if the activation screen pops up (it will show a message like "This device has Office Home and Student 2019").

    Feel free to share updates with me on how things are progressing after you've completed the aforementioned steps. Should you have any questions or require clarification, do not hesitate to reach out to me. I‘d like to do my utmost to assist you.

    Best Regards,
