I realize that you've encountered a problem with Microsoft Forms. Some responses are not being captured. I understand how you feel.
Due to limited information and the many reasons for the problem, we may require more detailed information from you:
- What account are you using to sign in Forms? School/Work account or personal account?
- What are the network environments of the respondents? For example, a campus network, home Wi-Fi, etc. Is there any difference between the respondents whose submissions are recorded and those whose submissions are not recorded?
- When create a new survey in Forms, does the problem still exist? It may be a problem with a specific form.
- If the respondents complete the form again in the InPrivate window, does the problem still exist? Press Ctrl + Shift +Nto open a new InPrivate window in Edge.
