Microsoft Forms Not Capturing All Responses

We are experiencing issues with Microsoft Forms not capturing all responses from our feedback surveys. Despite respondents completing the form, some submissions are not being recorded. We need assistance to resolve this issue and ensure all responses are captured.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    I realize that you've encountered a problem with Microsoft Forms. Some responses are not being captured. I understand how you feel. 

    Due to limited information and the many reasons for the problem, we may require more detailed information from you:

    • What account are you using to sign in Forms? School/Work account or personal account?
    • What are the network environments of the respondents? For example, a campus network, home Wi-Fi, etc. Is there any difference between the respondents whose submissions are recorded and those whose submissions are not recorded?
    • When create a new survey in Forms, does the problem still exist? It may be a problem with a specific form.
    • If the respondents complete the form again in the InPrivate window, does the problem still exist? Press Ctrl + Shift +Nto open a new InPrivate window in Edge.
