How do I get my slides to transition automatically if I don't have the "advanced" section?

I have created a PowerPoint slide show. I would like it to advance automatically. I went to transitions and clicked on what I would like and hit "apply all." I do not have an "Advanced" section on my PowerPoint. I must have a different version of Power Point?

    Hello, Ingrid S. B.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

I realize that you have encountered a problem with making your slides transition automatically. I understand how you feel.

When you mention the "advanced" section, are you referring to the "Advance slide" window? Please feel free to correct me if my understanding is wrong.

It is usually in "Transitions" -> "Timing" -> "Advance Slide". On right of the "Apply to All" option.

To make the slide advance automatically, select the After check box, and then enter the number of minutes or seconds that you want. The timer starts when the final animation or other effect on the slide finishes.

    For example:

When you enter "00:01.00" in the After box in the first slide, it will automatically transition to the second slide after 1 second.

**Tip:**If you want all the slides to advance using the same speed, after enter the number of minutes or seconds, click Apply to All.

For more information, you can refer to: Set the timing and speed of a transition - Microsoft Support

If you don't see this "Advance slide" section, please tell us your Office version:

Open a PowerPoint file****> select File in the upper-left corner -> select Account. Attach a screenshot of this page.

I hope my reply will help you. Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.
