Run time error 3037

When trying to open my main input form, which has several tabbed forms and subforms attached, I get a run-time error 3037 "cannot open any more tables or queries". I am not trying to open any more tables or queries than I was yesterday, but I have been modifying code. The error seems to be pointing to a specific subform but I have no idea why or how to rectify

    Hi,

Take a look at our documenting article on AFo with information about the planned fix by Microsoft.

There's a new bug affecting Microsoft Access and this sounds like one of its symptoms.

Take a look at: https://www.devhut.net/another-msaccess-exe-process-not-closing-properly-bug/ perhaps the workarounds proposed there will help while we wait for an official fix from Microsoft in a future update.

Everything you should need is in the article. So check your build number against the listed ones to see if you might be victim of this latest bug.
