How can I keep the same sort criteria after copying the table and adding new data to it. I want to sort 4 levels of criteria in a table, then copy the table and add data to it then sort again using the same 4 level criteria?

A table stores the sort settings and you can simply Re-Apply the sort. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/reapply-a-filter-and-sort-or-clear-a-filter-a46f7534-ce5c-4e20-ac9b-e35eec1c48c0

    Example:

Table in A:B copied as is to D:E applied a sort order, copied to G:H, added "4 c", then reapplied the sort.
