Help with microsoft authenticator

So I recently got a replacement phone after my old phone got damaged and ever since I got my new phone I have been unable to get the Microsoft authenticator to work. Every time it sends a code I don't receive. I already transferred all my data to my new phone and put the sim card in and I already factory restarted my old phone. I tried installing and uninstalling it and i still don't receive the codes. Can anyone help?

    For this, I need to double confirm with you whether you are using Microsoft365 for Business account or personal account or any third party account?

    If this is Microsoft 365 for Business account and you are admin, this means you purchased Microsoft 365 for Business subscription from Microsoft and you will be charged by Microsoft.

    If you are not admin, it means that maybe your company give you this account, and you are just using the account company give you. If this, you need to contact your admin to disable MFA or change MFA method for you in admin center. Here is the reference: Set up multifactor authentication for users - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn and Manage authentication methods for Microsoft Entra multifactor authentication | Microsoft Learn . If you choose disable MFA for you, you can log in your account just with account and password. As I said above.

    If you are still not sure for this, please be kindly to provide me the account to me in private message. I will check this for you.

    Below are the steps to open private message:

    • To View private messages option > click on Profile Picture at top of the right side > Select My Profile option.
