I was working on a reseach paper earlier today and now I open the document it is not there. I saved the document so many times

    There is a known issue that using the # character in a file name instructs Mac OS to delete the file. Did your file have any special characters in the file name?

    Hi

    Use the Menu Bar and choose File > Open Recent > More. The file path to the last place you saved the file is under the file name.
