I've never paid for it, but I'm inquiring because it's been paid.

Information on order number ********** is required.

The order list does not appear in Microsoft Support.

    Dear 재혁 이1,

Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.

Based on the circumstances you mentioned, We recommend that you follow the steps below to contact online support that specializes in processing your subscription to get a refund. You can also check if anyone else is using your card to subscribe. (I have taken screenshots of the most important steps to make sure you do it correctly) You can choose to either chat with support one-on-one online or wait for, Have a support specialist call you back to help you get a refund:

As an agent of the forum, I do not have the authority to assist you in verifying the payment or account directly, so as not to expose your private information to the forum, which is a platform for public sharing and communication. This would be left with Chat Support in a separate window:

And you can try to use your current account to get online chat support, and have relevant accounts and identification, such as email address/associated debit information, and so on.

     Contact Microsoft Support:

    1. Visit this site: Contact - Microsoft Support

    3. Now click Get Help and select Contact Support below.
