And you can try to use your current account to get online chat support, and have relevant accounts and identification, such as email address/associated debit information, and so on.
Contact Microsoft Support:
- Visit this site: Contact - Microsoft Support
- Enter your problems in the search bar there. (For example: refund.)
- Now click Get Help and select Contact Support below.
- Go to the Products and services tab and select either Microsoft 365 and the Office category
- On the Category tab, select Manage my subscription.
- Go to Verify.
- Choose to chat with a support agent or request a callback.
