USING OFFICE PRO 2021

I have Office Professional 2021. I also have a 365 subscription. I "installed" Office Professional 2021, and I canceled my Office 365 subscription (which is paid for another 6 months).

Why do I still get Office 365 splash screens on all the office apps?

I also tried to uninstall Office 365 using Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant. It ran for 20 minutes, never finished and gave no error or progress messages.

Is office 2021 equivalent to 365?

How do I enable Office 2021 to start working?

    Hi videogreg,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community. They are not equivalent. It seems it is because the license is not deleted. Please try using ospp (note: select the Office 2019 or 2016 in the dropdown box) command to manually uninstall license.
