Hello, It seems like the forms I try to send are not sending. At first it looks like nothing is wrong since it says it was sent successfully, but then, I try to save my answers and when I do it says “Invalid date” on the form. What can I do about it? I have used the Safari browser and also Chrome and the same happens.

    Dear dayannamizi,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

We are sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with saving answers on a form, and you are getting an error which says, “Invalid date.” I deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. For further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:

    1. Could you please have the owner of the form check if they have set up an end date on the form?
    2. Could you please provide a screenshot of the form owner’s settings page for the affected form? You can upload the screenshot using this feature.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

Ralph Chawatama | Microsoft Community Moderator
