Install Microsoft Teams on Terminal server 2019

Does anyone know how to install Microsoft Teams on a Windows 2019 terminal server for users and is it supported?

Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Don't both, I've just had two weeks with Microsoft support trying to get Teams video and audio to work on a Terminal server 2019 platform only to finally be told that Teams Video and Audio is no longer supported on RDS. Just wasted thousands of £'s on Microsoft and it won't work! If you want to spend more money it will work on Azure VDI..........

My advice do not bother with Teams use Zoom it works.

Just checking if there's any progress or updates?

Hello,

Thank you for your question.

In my experience
You can use M365 Apps on RDS\Terminal service environment, Just ensure that Users gets Licensed in RDS evnriment.

Use Registry Editor to add a String value (Reg_SZ) of SharedComputerLicensing with a setting of 1 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration.

Please have a look on below Microsoft article for Office 365 Apps RDS Licensing.
