Double Billing

This is very frustrating! I am being charged twice for my subscription and would really like to speak to someone. I paid in October and just got an email indicating I need to pay in January?! My guess is that I have a second account for an old computer (which I no longer have) associated with an old email address (which I can no longer access). I need someone to delete the old account/email/computer!!!!!!! And rectify the double payment!!!!!!

    Review your MS Account to see what subs you have https://office.com/myaccount

    If needed Billing > Help

    And

    Cancel a Microsoft 365 subscription - Microsoft Support
