- Could you please confirm if you're using your Microsoft 365 Business/Education email account, personal Microsoft account such as Outlook.com, hotmail.com, or live.com, or another third-party/custom domain email account to send the email?
- Could you please send me that attached screenshot once again via private message for further analysis? The screenshot is not visible unfortunately. Thank you.

Here are the steps to open private messages:
To view private messaging options> click your profile picture at the top on the right > select the My Profile option. Click View private message. (I have sent a message to you to open the entry of your private message.)
