- Screenshot of the Office apps Account page: Open your Word document or Excel file> File> Account> Take a screenshot and share it with us.
- Are you using Office apps on the Windows OS or Mac OS?
- Does the problem happen on specific file or all Office files?
- Are you using the Microsoft personal account (@outlook.com) or Microsoft work/school account (@companyname.onmicrosoft.com)?
