Hello, I have made two purchasse of Microsoft 365 (Personal and Family) by accident. I want to keep the family and want to cancel and get full refund of personal subscription. How can i do it?

It actually shows both subscription and was charged almost the same time. I want to cancel and get refund the Personal subscription and Keep the family subscription
You first need to review the MS Account to see what is shown under subs & billing, as if you used the same MS Account you will have the single sub, but the sub period will have been modified from the std 1 year
And if that sub shows O365 Personal, then you would have to again buy O365 Family in order that that sub be converted to Family
