Why won't COM Addin Load on Startup of Excel

The COM Addin Monkey Tools will not load. Why? I checked the box in the window below and restarted Excel and the Monkey were not there.

As you can see the 'Load Behavior' says 'Load at Startup' yet it does not load.

    I have realized your issue about the Excel Addin.

    Since the add-in is based on Excel as a platform to provide more convenient functions, so the add-in can not be launched properly if the add-in itself may be a compatibility problem between the add-in and Excel. The Microsoft community may not be able to provide you with appropriate advice for this add-in.

    I wish I could handle your problem, however, the issues seems to require more specialized support, I suggest you try to seek help at Microsoft Learn, where there are more experts in related fields who can provide you with better solutions.

    you can click on "Ask a question", there are experts who can provide more professional solutions in that place.
