    • Where did you purchase Office 2010? From the official Microsoft website or another third-party channel (such as eBay)?
    • Windows version. Press the Windows + R, type winver in the Openbox, and then select OK.
    • What specific product is your Office 2010? For example, Office 2010 Home & Student.
    • Please attach a screenshot of the error code.
