Can't login to attend AZ-900 Exam

My AZ-900 exam was scheduled to start at 8 but it's already 8:05 and the dashboard page is not loading to take my exam.. can you please look through this as I've tried using various computers, various browsers, tried clearing cache and cookies but still the same result. we can't resolve please reschedule my exam.
examregistrationapiappservice.trafficmanager.net didn’t send any data.
This was my error after 10 minutes of loading.

    Hi,

    Based on this sticky post by the support team on the training support forum, it looks like the issue has been resolved. Here is the workaround they provided if you are still seeing this issue:

    Please follow the steps provided below:

    -Try using your browser in InPrivate/Incognito

    -Clear cache and cookies (steps here) Make sure you check Preserve Favorites website data and check both Temporary Internet Files and Cookies then click Delete
