    Hello. Carla Aoun

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are not able to view your files using OneDrive web side in Safari browser.

In order to help you better, I need to check with you for more information:

    1. Is your OneDrive account a personal or school or work account?

First, please try using the OneDrive desktop app and OneDrive on mobile to see if you can see your files in both places. If you are in both places, your files will show up properly. Please rest assured that your account itself is fine.

Second, please switch to another browser (e.g. Edge) to access the web side of OneDrive, sign in to your account, and see if your files are viewable.

If you are able to view your OneDrive files after switching to another browser, it may be due to a compatibility issue between the Safari browser and the OneDrive web site caused by an update to your Mac system, resulting in your files not being able to be viewed.

In this case, we recommend that you temporarily use another browser to view your files and report your situation to Apple Support.

If you sign in to OneDrive after switching to another browser, your files still won't show up. Please reply me here and I will assist you further.

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Best regards
