I have a workbook that will not calculate a single cell's formula value. The value should be around $23million and it constantly populates to 0. The error mentioned is inconsistent formula, but it is consistent with the other formulas within its row. I have tried simplifying the file with general addition formulas instead of sumifs but if still causes an issue.
