According this, there is a 100 MB limit for datasets when using PY().

In addition to this:

  1. Are there any other limits imposed (e.g. row, character counts, data point counts, etc).
  2. Does a 'premium' query vs 'standard' query affect any stated or unstated data limitation?

  1. It is limited by Excel for row, character counts. There is no such special limit for Python formula except 100 MB of data.
  2. The primary difference between premium and standard queries typically lies in the performance and availability of advanced features rather than in the data limits.
