    Dear respected AnthonyE99,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

As per your description, firstly, may I know are you want to Microsoft project licences are in use/assign all to users? if yes, then you may go to Office 365 admin center and under Billing> License you may see(picture below).

If you want to see assign Microsoft project license user usage activity, then you may run an Audit log report to see the activity. For your reference: Audit log search in the Microsoft Defender portal - Microsoft Defender for Office 365 | Microsoft Learn

Please understand that our initial reply may not always immediately resolve the issue. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I'm sorry and I apologize for that.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
