    First of all, we apologize for the trouble and inconvenience caused to your work!

    Regarding to the error message Microsoft.Exchange.Clients.Owa2.Server.Core.OwaUserHasNoMailboxAndNoLicenseAssignedException

    It indicates that this is a license issue.

    It could be the admin has not assigned Exchange online license to your account yet.

    Could you please contact your organization admin to check if he assigned appreciate license for your account?

    For your reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

    Have you check login to your account using browser ex. chrome?

    Please sign into your account in chrome, and the click your name a picture upper right conner, navigate to My accounts> My account> Subscriptions.

    And then have a look to see if the license is assigned to you.

    Kindly note some license not supporting Outlook desktop and only can access outlook throw the web OWA.
