Cannot Activate Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 on my Laptop

Hi,

 I have purchased  **Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021**on line and installed it on my desktop, with no problem. 

Due to myself being disabled I am unable to sit for long periods at the desktop, so I purchased a Laptop ( tablet with keyboard ) with I could sit in comfort. I do not use the Office Pro all the time just now and again.

 I have tried to use Word on my tablet but when I try to activate my software it will not allow me. It states that it cannot be activate due to a problem with the product key is not valid.

Please can you help me with this matter

Also tried to upload screenshot, and i'm getting failed upload....

Each perpetual license is for one computer, only (PC or Mac). You can't use the same product key again on a new machine.

What version of system is your new laptop? Android or Windows?

Generally, when you activate Office Professional Plus 2021, the product will be bound to your account. On other Windows devices, you only need to download the program and log in to your account, and the opportunity will automatically recognize and activate it. If it is an Android system, it cannot be used. The Android system needs to purchase Microsoft 365 products according to the screen limitations of the tablet.
