I have been charged twice for my subscription to Microsoft 365 on the 38 Oct 22024, for some reason it has added one of my other emails. I was registered with

@hotmail.co.uk account and it has added @btconnect.com email, I recently purchased a computer and whether it is during this set up that this has occurred as I have been getting numerous sign in requests. Also issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app . Wasn’t showing the numbers.
