ApprovalConnectionOwnerNotFoundInGraph

Hi Team,

please advice me how can I fix this error?

ApprovalConnectionOwnerNotFoundInGraph

The Approvals connection owner was not found in Graph. Object Id: '...'

The user that originally created the Approvals connection used by the flow is no longer found in Graph, likely because the user account has been removed. An owner of the flow should replace the connection with one belonging to a user in the organization.

Error in the Workflow:

Forbidden. The request failed. Error code: 'ApprovalConnectionOwnerNotFoundInGraph'. Error Message: 'The Approvals connection owner was not found in Graph. Object Id: '331*******************1''.

Thank you.

    Dear respected Ildiko.Molnarova,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

I’m sorry you’re having a problem and for the situation you encountered, we deeply understand the inconvenience caused and apologize for it.

As per your description, it seems that you have created a created the Approvals connection using Microsoft power Automate Flow trigger and you encountered an error message.

If my understanding is right, since our category focus on Office 365 products, the issue you encountered is related to Microsoft Flow, to make sure you get professional help and to avoid any incorrect information from our side, we’ll suggest you post in Microsoft Power Automate Community for expert assistance. This is a specific channel related with Power Automate.

The reason I ask you to post a new thread is that in Answers forum, we have limited resources and very little knowledge about Power Automate and in Microsoft Power Automate Community, you will get the most qualified pool of respondents, and other partners who read the forums regularly can either share their knowledge or learn from your interaction.

I'm sorry and I apologize for that.

Appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Waqas Muhammad
