    Subscription payment duplicated.

One MS subscription, annual fee $109 paid August 21 2024 and amount was deducted from credit card ending 9332.

Same day, $11 monthly deduction continues to be deducted from the same credit card ending 9332 (Aug. Sept. Oct. Nov.)

Please resolve this continuing issue for my email ******@outlook.com

    Dear, Khaliq Mosawi.

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

I understand that you seem to be having an issue with double charges at the moment. I understand your anxiety right now, and the double-charged order amount should indeed be refunded. Please don't worry, I will do my best to help you within my authority.

One thing that needs to be explained to you is that I, as an agent of the forum, do not have the authority to help you verify the payment or the account directly, so as not to expose your private information to the forum, which is a platform for public sharing and communication. This information would be left with Chat Support in a separate window.

You can follow the steps I provide below to contact support(Although I already know that you have tried to contact Microsoft in the past seven days, I hope you will try to follow the steps I have provided to get in touch, and many users have successfully received one-on-one support through it. I have taken screenshots of the key steps to make sure you are doing it correctly) You can choose to either chat with support one-on-one online or wait for a support specialist to call you back to resolve your Payment related Issues:

     Contact Microsoft Support:

    1. Visit this website:   Contact - Microsoft Support
    2. Type in your problems in the search box there.( For instance, refund.)
    3. Now click Get help, and Select Contact Support below. Image
    4. Go to the Products and services tab, and choose either Microsoft 365 and Office category
    5. On the Category tab, choose  Manage My Subscription .
    6. Go to Confirm.
    7. Choose to chat with a support representative or request a callback.
