    Dear Praveen Jayawardhana,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to assist you.

Based on the description, I understand that you received an invoice for past due payment, and you would like to remove it.

May I know is the invoice you received for the cost of Microsoft certification exams or products you subscribed from Microsoft?

If it is for certification exams, you can reach out to the certification team by posting the query via this link. Results in Microsoft Credentials - Training, Certification, and Program Support.

If you observed the invoice number is E0XXXXXXX or G0XXXXXXX, please directly contact Microsoft billing support team by either open a ticket or call the support hotline.

Please refer to this link on how to create ticket in Microsoft 365 admin center Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn .

You can check the support phone number here: Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn or Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Depending on your country or region. For some countries, when calling the support number, while there will be about 30 seconds opening like something "you can visit link...." But you can ignore this opening and wait until the option, so "1" as a business email user, "2" again for billing help.

->You can as well refer to phone numbers in Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

At this moment, your kind cooperation and understanding will be highly appreciated.

Thank you so much for your precious time. Stay safe and healthy.

    Sincerely,

    Luckie Shi | Community Moderator.
