Error on Sway.

Every minute or so I am getting the "Oops, something went wrong. Please refresh page." on my Sway making it near impossible to work on the newsletter I am trying to produce.

Every now and then I get a further error message with Correlation ID: 8963b750-2b82-426e-9603-868aadd02db4 .

How can I fix this? I have tried clearing my cache, history and cookie, and opening in separate browsers but I'm having no luck.
