SharePoint Document Library has automatically changed from English to Spanish. How do I resolve this issue?

I've recently noticed that in one of our main document libraries, SharePoint will automatically create a Spanish version of the document that you upload. Is this a setting I can turn off?

This does not happen in all of the document libraries. It was first noticed in mid-September. The language settings for the site and library are all set to English. I've cleared the cache and cookies- it did not resolve the problem.

Any ideas? Thank you!
