Activating Office Apps on PC Issue

I have a 365 email essentials address with Godaddy, which I login using the Work or School option. I also have a Microsoft account under the same email address, which I login using the personal option. Under that account I have a 365 family plan that I am trying to share to me. The office apps are working on my phone when using the personal option but when trying to install on my PC I continue to get prompted to activate the apps. When I enter my email and choose personal,it goes back to the same activation screen. How do I get the apps installed on my PC?

Also, the onedrive account under the personal login works fine on both phone and PC.

    I found that the issue was because I had the same email address for both a professional and personal Microsoft account.

    It's not possible to create a professional and personal account using the same email address anymore, at least from what I have found.

    • Have you previously activated Microsoft 365 with a product key after purchasing it? You need to redeem your product key at the following website:  https://setup.office.com/After that, you can refer to the following article to learn how to activate it:  Activate Office - Microsoft Support
    • Do you see your product information in the Services & Subscriptions screen of your Microsoft account? You can check this by clicking on the link below:  Microsoft account | Services and Subscriptions If you have activated your product and it can be seen here, you can click on the button where you see there is an install to install it directly here.
    • What is the activation screen you mentioned? I would like to confirm with you that you are on the activation screen.
