Microsoft copilot photo upload function

I face a problem when uploading a photo in pnf format to Copilot as it does not accept pnf but jpg. I converted the photo into jpg format. Although it is successfully uploaded, the face of my photo got blurred with a square. I would like to ask how I upload a pnf photo to Copilot or a jpg photo without blurring my face?
