We have a 5 user Microsoft 365 license and I just installed MS Office 365 on a laptop and when I open Word it shows every users documents under recent documents. Is there a way to see only documents that particular user created.

Hello Creative Choices Pregnancy Resource Center.  Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are seeing documents from other users who share your Microsoft 365 Family subscription inside Word on your device.   It is important to note that inside Microsoft 365 Family, each user's documents and cloud storage are independent of each other, so there is only one scenario in which you can see these files inside your Word - Recent, and that is if these files have been accessed by your account before. Therefore, you are not able to directly access another member's file unless that member shares that file with you.I hope my description helps you.Best RegardsEliac | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
