    Hi! Luis Colmeneros,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community! I realize that you've encountered a problem with unable to synchronize your notes file, error code 0x2bdf5f and I understand how you feel. The synchronization issue may be caused by an unstable network connection to the OneDrive server in your region, and based on your reported error message, it may also be related to the status of your OneNote note files.Since OneNote files are stored in OneDrive by default, in order to further investigate whether your note files are normally stored in OneDrive, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:

    1. Please click the link: OneDrive (live.com) , login to your OneDrive, find your OneNote notes file and open it.
    2. If you can open it normally, please copy all the OneNote notes files to a OneDrive folder, and then click the Download button in the toolbar to download the whole folder (this is to maximize the protection of your files from being lost) After the download is completed, you can open your notes files locally.

If you can't open your files in OneDrive either, then you may need to perform data recovery to retrieve your files.

At the very beginning, I need to clarify that the Microsoft community only provides technical support for the software and no community member has access to the server backend data to help you recover your data. Therefore, I will do my best to answer your questions from the strategic and technical level of the software. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support. 1.If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription on your account, please click the link: OneDrive (live.com)(Please save all your recently modified files locally before you perform the following method of restoring OneDrive. This is because restoring OneDrive will restore your OneDrive files to a specific time of your choosing, and any new changes you make to OneDrive after that time will be lost) Log in to your OneDrive account > Click on Settings in the upper right corner of the page > Click on Options > Click on OneDrive Restore on the left side of the page > Click on the drop-down box on the right side of the interface to select a customized restore time, and then select a specific time to restore according to your needs. For more information on restoring OneDrive, please refer to the official instructions link: Restore your OneDrive - Microsoft Support 2. If none of the above steps work, you may need to contact OneDrive team for data recovery support(Since data recovery is not always successful, I want to set the right expectations with you first),please click the link: email the OneDrive support team.

If the link above to send an email to the OneDrive team doesn't work, you can also contact the OneDrive team via OneDrive mobile on your cell phone as follows:

    1. If you are using an Android phone (the OneDrive mobile app can be found in the Google Play store): open OneDrive > click My > Help & Feedback at the bottom of the page.
    2. If you are using an iPhone (OneDrive mobile app available from the App Store): Please open OneDrive > click on your avatar on the left side of the page > click on Help and Feedback Thank you for your understanding and patience. Best Regards Eddy | Microsoft Community Support Specialist
