This is indeed a hot issue, and we have received similar feedback from other users. It seems to be related to a bug with OneDrive shared folders and occurs with specific accounts. Currently, there is no direct solution available.
However, you can try logging into onedrive.live.com through a web browser and check if the photo thumbnails in the shared folder can be viewed normally. If they can, you can temporarily access the photos in the shared folder from there.
We will continue to investigate a solution to this issue.
