Therefore, if you could provide a screenshot of the issue in your response, I would be able to better understand what you are experiencing and offer more accurate assistance.
Regarding your issue, if your account is indeed an adult account, this situation should not occur. Besides needing to see your screenshot to determine which interface you are on, you can also try using a different account or creating a new account to log into Copilot and check if the same issue occurs to pinpoint the problem.
