Error when trying to retrieve data from the network

I am hoping someone can help me with this error I am receiving. When I am previewing the app on my desktop there are no issues, but when I switch over to try and test it with the mobile device it wont display any of the list items in the gallery and gives me "Error when trying to retrieve data from the network" I don't know why, and I have tried removing the connections and reconnecting it, and even making the list in another sharepoint that has public access and neither worked. The sharepoint the original list is maintained in is private, but I do have access and permissions to view and make changes to the private sharepoint. The mobile device is a company device, so it also has access to it.

    Dear HarryC_02,

Good day and thank you for posting this in the forum.

Per your description, I would like to suggest that:

    1. Please try to change the network suppose if you are using home Wi-Fi then try with your 5G or 4G connection.
    2. Please try to change to another device suppose iPad, Surface or any another mobile just to check if there are any settings in your mobile that is not allowing the list to be displayed.
    3. Please try to ask your colleagues if they are also facing the same issue while trying to access the list.

I would also like to gather some information like:

    1. Which type of mobile are you using iPhone or Android?

2, Please provide the version of the system in your mobile suppose iOS version or Android version.

    1. Please provide the screenshot of the error message.

I am asking some question, because I could not find that information in your thread description to better understand your case. If you can share above requested information.

Please note that my first response may not resolve your current situation immediately. But, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a specific guidance for your current query.

I appreciate your valuable time and cooperation.

    Dear AJ RAJ,

I have tried using on site company wifi, 5g data, and at home wifi with and without the company vpn, and all give the same error. I have used my company mobile device which is an iPhone and my company iPad. All of my devices have access to the private sharepoint. I shared the app with a colleague, as I am still developing it, and they were prompted with the same error. The iPhone is currently using ios 17.6.1

    Dear HarryC_02,

Thank you for the reply and sorry for late reply because I was on a leave yesterday.

I would also like to thank for providing the screenshot too. Moreover, as you have already tried with all the suggestion that I have provided to you so in such case the best option is to let your IT admin to raise a support ticket from Microsoft Admin Center.

As we forum team doesn't have access to the backend follow and data so I would suggest contacting your admin and ask him/her to submit the support ticket via below link:

or reference: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Let admin help you create a support ticket in Microsoft 365 Admin Center>Support>New service request.

The support team there has the correct escalation channel for this case.

This is also the most efficient way in handling this kind of issue.

I appreciate your cooperation and valuable time.
