Onedrive syncing problems between the application on macbook and other devices.

Hi, I recently downloaded the OneDrive app on my MacBook and added/reorganized some folders and documents. However, these changes aren’t appearing on the OneDrive app on my phone, iPad, or even when I check "view online" through the OneDrive link, despite the sync being marked as complete. Could there be an issue? My MacBook settings are already set to auto-sync, and everything seems fine, but I can’t see the new folders or documents on other devices or the web. Does it take more time or is there anything wrong....

    Dear Amanda Chua,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. I am happy to help you.

even when I check "view online" through the OneDrive link

Please try to visit the Office portal, log in to your account and click OneDrive to see if your file exists in OneDrive on the web side. If your file exists on the web side. If you don't see your files in OneDrive on the web, manually click Upload files to upload them to OneDrive on the web, and then check to see if your files appear on your other devices.

If your file still doesn't appear on other devices, please contact me again and I'll investigate it for you.

I look forward to your reply. Thanks for your cooperation.

    Sincerely,

    Tin | Microsoft Community Moderator
