Hello,

I have created a flow to sync a master sharepoint list to a second sharepoint list when a new entry is created, I am not sure where I am going wrong and I have tried a few changes and I still can not seem to get it to work properly. If anyone could help. Below is the error message and the flow screenshots.

I have used the internal ID of the list on the master to then sync the second list to a Synced ID column. Thank you

    Dear Holly,

    Have you solved the issue now?

    I'd like to share a flow example for your reference.

    For example, the master list is as follows.

    The synced list is as follows.

    When you add a new item in the master list, you want to add it to the synced list and update the Column1 values in item1 and item3.

    You can use the flow as follows.

    Filter Array: item()?['ID'] is equal to items('Apply_to_each')?['ID']

    Append to Array:

    {
    "ID":"@{item()?['ID']}",
    "Title":"@{item()?['Title']}",
    "Column1":"@{first(body('Filter_array'))?['Column1']}"
    }

    Update item 2:

    id: items('Apply_to_each_2')?['ID']

    Column1: items('Apply_to_each_2')?['Column1']

    Result:

    Feel free to share the updates at your convenience if you need further help resolving this issue.

    Sincerely
