account with same e-mail

I registered 2 microsoft accounts with the same email. The first is very old and does not even matter if it exists, the second more recent one also had 2 registered office licenses, the first installed and working on a machine the second still to be installed.

When I want to access the account with email and password the account that appears is always the first one, the old one and therefore even the office on the new PC I cannot activate it because the account does not have a license.

How can I solve the problem? How can I show the latest account since the email is the same? I also tried to insert aliases in mail but nothing changed.

Thanks for anyone who wants to give me a hand.

Greetings

    Sorry to waste your time.

They gave me wrong credentials and that's the reason for the problem, now everything is solved.

Thank you anyway for your help.

    Best regards

    Good day,

Thank you for the immediate response, but I think I didn't explain myself well. I had 2 Microsoft accounts with the same registered email, when I enter the *** The email address was removed for privacy purposes *** account it shows me the older account. This old account, however, does not have the 2 purchased licenses of Microsoft 365 office, so I cannot download the relative APP. Trying on the computer where I should install it when I have to activate the license it tells me that there are no licenses available since it connects to the old account. I hope I have clarified the problem for you.

It is a question of access to the account, unfortunately it does not go to the correct account because the access email is the same.
