Microsoft List - Bug Update

Anonymous

Hey there,

Looking for help.

There has been multiple records updated on the same date (26/06/2024) that has my name against it.

To confirm, I wasn't using lists that day. It has updated multiple different records. It has also changed the date for 9 records for a date in the 1990s.

Can someone please help how I would restore the whole list.

When going into records, I've tried version history. However, just has one version and my name against it, despite not updating any record!

Thanks,

Scott

    Dear Scott,

Good day! hope you are doing well.

Since you have already checked the list version and we have conducted further investigations on our end, we have concluded that this issue requires more resources and expertise than our forum team currently possesses. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that you create a support ticket with Microsoft Support directly by following the steps from this link as soon as possible: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn

If you are not an admin, you can contact your admin to contact Microsoft support. You can look for the way to find your admin through this link: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support

Please accept my sincere apologies for not being able to resolve the problem and for redirecting you to the related development team. I regret any inconvenience this may cause. The fix to your concern can be identified through the back-end diagnostics, and I suggest you raise a support ticket from the Office 365 admin center, where the related team will investigate the problem further by collecting the necessary background logs.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation.

    Sincerely,
