What is your Mac system version? You can view the system version and program information through "About Mac".
Have you tried the operation we suggested before to help you optimize the network information of your Mac connecting to Microsoft servers?
Did your operation work?
Since you said that the download network is slow and the display is blank, we are also worried that your system version is not the latest, which causes errors during installation and activation.
You can try to download a previous version of Office and re-login to your account to activate it to see if it works.
