Help needed activating Office 2021 for Mac

I have bought Office 2021 Home and Business for Mac, I signed into my Microsoft account and added the product key, then dowloaded the apps which took forever but is now completed , I then tried to activate the Apps but iwas asked to buy 365 or sign in , I click sign in but nothing happens , I just get a blank window , I need help urgently

    Did your operation work?

    Since you said that the download network is slow and the display is blank, we are also worried that your system version is not the latest, which causes errors during installation and activation.

    You can try to download a previous version of Office and re-login to your account to activate it to see if it works.

    I am using a personal network

    I have now used the License removal tool as I did have a version of Office 2016 which I had uninstalled before loading the new version .

    The correct version is visible in my account and this is where I downloaded it from

    I have now used the License removal tool but this seems to have completely stopped the apps from opening , I now get a blank window, wheres The app previously opened but I could not edit or save documents . I am now going to uninstall the apps again and reload them from my MS account. Unfortunately my Broadband is very slow so this is likely to take several hours
