A family of Microsoft products that enable users to capture, organize, and reuse notes electronically.
Dear Ismail Kalakani,
Welcome to Microsoft Community.
We understand that your OneNote notes cannot be synchronized after you changed your iPhone.
According to your description, you said that a verification error was displayed during synchronization. We need to confirm with you:
Have you re-logged in your Microsoft account information on your iPhone? Is the account you logged in to your personal account or another account type?
How did you download the OneNote program used in your iPhone? Apple Store or other?
Have you tried to check whether your notes are successfully synchronized to the cloud through other devices?
If possible, you can also share with us the error screenshots of your inability to synchronize.
At the same time, if you create a new notebook in OneNote, but the previous OneNote notes cannot be viewed, in order to help you find your files, the synchronization of OneNote notes also needs to be saved in OneDrive and synchronized through different devices. You can try:
- Log in to OneNote on other devices first:
You can try to log in to OneNote on other devices and check whether your note information is synchronized and fully displayed.
This can also help us check the integrity of your OneNote notes and confirm whether it is a synchronization or loss problem.
- Log in to the OneNote web version:
You can log in to the OneNote web version at https://www.onenote.com/ and view the corresponding note information. Check whether you can confirm the history on the web version and reopen OneNote through the history.
- Log in to OneDrive:
You can try to log in to https://onedrive.live.com/ to check whether there are corresponding OneNote notes in the file in OneDrive, and help check the OneNote note information.
If you can click Open with OneNote above, re-confirm the notes in OneNote to see if the corresponding sorting can be restored.
You can try the operation, and we also look forward to you sharing more information with us, and we will help you check it further.
Best regards
