I understand that you want to know how to manage personal and business accounts on the same application.

Are you unable to add accounts, or is it a matter of managing notes under different accounts?

I noticed that your thread was posted in the OneNote section. The OneNote application allows you to log in with different accounts.

When you open OneNote, click on the profile picture in the bottom-right corner, and select 'Connect services' to add different accounts.
