Hope to get my transcript and certifications back from new microsoft account ID

Dears,

My old email account ### is invalid for more than ten years. But I used this email account as microsoft account id before and still remember the login password. Recently I want to login MS to check my previous transcript and certifications, the website request me to do authentication but fail. I have the pdf records about the transcript and certifications 2008 and other certifications in pdf format. I want to know how I can get back or merge the old account ID which I can't login so far with my new MS account ID ***. Please contract me for details which I can provide to you to verfiy my account to fix the problem.
