One Drive Help

I have been shared folders on my one drive.

The person who shared the folders with me has confirmed i have all the relevant permissions to make amendments to files.

However when i open any document it on my desktop it says UPLOAD BLOCKED.

Also since being granted access to folders, files inside the folder have been added by other members in folder but i cant see any on my one drive.

It is the same issue when i log into one drive on browser

    We appreciate your understanding that sometimes the initial response may not resolve the problem immediately. However, we can work together to narrow down and resolve the situation. So, for further troubleshooting, could you please provide the information below:

    1. Could you please let me know if you have tried accessing the folder in a different browser, in private or incognito mode?
    2. Could you please let me know if you have tried accessing the folder using a different device with a different network provider, such as your mobile phone?
    3. May I know if you have tried asking the sharer to re-share the folder?
