Problems in accessing Admin Center

I have bought Microsoft Office Business Subscription two days ago. Neither I am unable to login in my Admin Center nor able to access support services.

As the authenticator app is not configured correctly, it is giving an error message, and I am not able to confirm the code.

I have written to support@microsoft.com from my registered mail ID, but no response. Hope someone will help me. I have lost all the channels to get help from Microsoft. Really frustrating!!
