Activating Office Student

Error Code: RequestedAssetOutOfStock Correlation Id: 5bb8c6de-8edb-43d8-8cfe-1377f8914102

So i had office home and students included in my laptop. i tried to activate it many times in words and powerpoint but it didn't work. it says RequestedAssetOutOfStock. Any solutions? Thanks

    I would advise contacting the maker or vendor of the laptop if the product was supposed to be included in the purchase.

    Before that, I would like to ask you for some information to better address your question.

    The Current warning information means the requested asset (e.g., license or product key) is no longer available or is out of stock.

    Do you have any Office products in your account?

    You can sign in https://account.microsoft.com/services to have a check.

    If there is a subscription, are there any other errors reported like 2604, 0xc80190001 or something like that?

     If you have any error screenshots and information, please provide some, I will provide you with more appropriate steps based on your reply!
