Office 365 E3 Developer subscription cancellation.

I worked at Microsoft about four years ago, and during that time, many of us signed up for the Office 365 E3 Developer to familiarize ourselves with the services. I am no longer employed by Microsoft, but I continue to receive emails with invoices for the Office 365 E3 Developer subscription. Since I no longer have access to my employee profile, I'm unable to cancel the subscription myself. Could someone please assist in canceling my subscription so I stop receiving these emails?

Thank You

    Dear Junito80

    Thank you for reaching out.

I understand that you need to cancel your dev subscription. I have gone through your concern, and I would like to apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused you.

As per your post, considering this might involve access to your account sensitive info like credit card and other personal information, I do believe this can be better checked and handled by our billing technical support team. You can contact the team via Phone support to check for your account details and payment methods as well. Something we may not be able to do as public Forum support.

Below is the document to contact Microsoft 365 Business support team via Phone support. (Please check the number/s within your country/region).

Find Microsoft 365 for business support phone numbers by country or region - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.

->You can also refer to phone numbers in Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support

Thank you for your kind understanding and have a great day.

    Best regards,

    Eleni | Microsoft Community Moderator.
