Microsoft 365 features that help users manage their subscriptions, account settings, and billing information.
Dear Camral Solutions,
We received your reply and we saw that you said you purchased two Office 2024 products, but when you tried to view the product information under "Services and Subscriptions", it only showed that it had been added to another account and the activation date.
Normally, if you redeem two identical products under the same account, two Office 2024 product information and separate redemption times will also be displayed.
We are worried that you do have another license information that has not been redeemed under the account. Have you tried to redeem your key to your Microsoft account again?
At the same time, you can also try to confirm whether the accounts you redeemed your keys are consistent?
In order to help you confirm the status and redemption information of the product key you received, we need to confirm with you:
Have you tried our suggestion to contact chat support to help you query the redemption information of the key? If you accidentally redeemed it under another account, chat support can help you query and try to recall and use the corresponding account to activate your product.
You can also use the following command to help detect whether there is invalid license information in the system: press Windows + S, search for cmd in it, and run the command prompt as an administrator.
Enter and execute the following command:
cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office16
If it doesn't work, enter instead:
cd C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office16
You will then navigate to this folder, enter and execute:
cscript ospp.vbs /dstatus
This will list all Office license information on the device. In the LICENSE NAME line, you should see some invalid license information, and the last five digits of the key will also be displayed. Delete all license information.
Then enter and execute:
cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey: the last five digits of the key
For example:
cscript ospp.vbs /unpkey:ABCDE
If there are many displayed, multiple complete clearing operations are required.
